Rosemary Hair Water

Rosemary water for hair growth! This recipe is so simple to add to your routine. Rosemary can be found in many hair products like oils and shampoos due to its ability to help with hair growth and promote a healthy scalp. Rosemary has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory properties which are great for promoting scalp health!

Equipment

  • 1 saucepan
  • 1 small strainer
  • 1 storage jar
  • 1 Spray Bottle optional

Ingredients
  

  • 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 2 springs fresh thyme optional
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add 2 cups of water and fresh herbs to a saucepan, medium heat
  • Once the water starts to simmer, cover, turn heat to low for 15 to 20 minutes
  • Take off heat and allow the water to cool, Once cool strain into a clean jar and label
  • Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Optional: Add to a spray bottle for easy application to your hair and scalp
