Rosemary Water For Hair Growth!

The hair rinse can be incorporated into your shower routine as the final step, ensuring that your hair receives the full benefits. Alternatively, you may opt to use a spray bottle to evenly distribute the herbal rinse across your scalp and hair, allowing it to air dry. Exercise caution, particularly if you have light-colored hair or are using light-colored towels, as the mixture has a dark hue and may cause staining.

Equipment You Need
You only need a few things from the kitchen to whip up this herbal hair rinse!
- Saucepan– a small to medium-sized saucepan to hold 2 cups of water.
- Small Strainer-Recommend using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth
- Storage Jar– a small to medium-sized jar.
- Label– Label what is in the jar and the date it was made. This can be refrigerated for up to 2 weeks.
- Spray Bottle– Optional*
Ingredients
- Fresh Rosemary– Can be found in the produce section of grocery stores or is an easy herb to grow yourself
- Fresh Thyme– Optional* Can be found in the produce section of the grocery store or an easy herb to grow yourself
- Water– Any water will work (tap, bottled, purified, spring, distilled)
How To Make
- Add two cups of water, 5 sprigs of Rosemary, and 3 Springs of Thyme to a saucepan over medium heat.
- Once simmering cover and turn heat to low for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool before straining into a clean jar.
- Label and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
*Note– You can substitute the fresh herb for dried. Use 2-3 tbsp of dried plant material for a concentrated infusion.

Equipment
- 1 saucepan
- 1 small strainer
- 1 storage jar
- 1 Spray Bottle optional
Ingredients
- 5 sprigs fresh rosemary
- 2 springs fresh thyme optional
- 2 cups water
Instructions
- Add 2 cups of water and fresh herbs to a saucepan, medium heat
- Once the water starts to simmer, cover, turn heat to low for 15 to 20 minutes
- Take off heat and allow the water to cool, Once cool strain into a clean jar and label
- Store in the fridge for up to two weeks. Optional: Add to a spray bottle for easy application to your hair and scalp
