To Prepare Your Tea: Use 1 teaspoon per 1 cup of water. Pour hot (212°F) water over the tea leaves, and cover. Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. Add your sweetener of choice, if desired! This is the standard recommended brewing method, but feel free to experiment to suit your taste.

Brewing Tips: Adding more tea will create a stronger flavor, steeping the tea longer will result in a richer herbal infusion. If you prefer a milder taste, simply add more water or use less tea. Avoid over-steeping black, green, oolong, and some herbal teas, as they can become bitter.
